Cancel a subscription
Effective date: October 30, 2026. This policy is provided by Bragwire LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Bragwire,” “we,” “us”).
This page covers the Bragwire app subscription: $4.99/month, or included for the first 12 months with a Bragwire Board.
The short version
- You can cancel any time, online.
- Your subscription cancels at the end of your current billing period. You keep access, including your Board’s display, until then.
- After that, you won’t be charged again.
How to cancel
Use the “Manage billing” link in any Bragwire receipt email.
Enter the email you used at checkout. You’ll get a secure sign-in link.
Find your Bragwire app subscription.
Choose “Cancel subscription” and confirm. The page shows the date your service ends.
We send a confirmation email. Keep it for your records.
Can’t get in? Email hello@bragwire.com from the address on your order and ask us to cancel. We’ll confirm by email.
Service included with a Board
A Bragwire Board includes 12 months of the Bragwire app. After that, the app is $4.99/month until you cancel. If you cancel during the included 12 months, you won’t be charged.
What happens after cancelling
- You keep access, including your Board’s display, until the end of the period you’ve paid for (or the end of the included 12 months).
- Your Bragwire account and group aren’t deleted.
- You can restart service at any time.
