By using bragwire.com or the Brag Wire app, you agree to these terms.

Not a gambling service

Brag Wire is not intended for gambling. It is a friends-and-rivals platform for friendly picks, bragging rights, and tracking scores together. No real money is placed, held, or paid out through Brag Wire.

Brag Wire provides sports competition tools and live information among friends. It is not a traditional sportsbook and does not accept, hold, or pay out real-money wagers.

Accounts

When the app opens, access is via Google sign-in. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t abuse the service or try to disrupt other users.

Groups and Group admins

A Group admin runs a group: they approve live wagers before they’re placed, approve people joining the group, and manage the group’s settings. Group members agree to follow their group’s rules and Brag Wire’s rules.

Boards hardware

Optional Boards (Raspberry Pi scoreboards) are provided or configured as described at purchase/setup. We’re not responsible for third-party hardware damage outside normal use guidance.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we ship.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brag Wire is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for disputes between friends, off-platform arrangements, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Governing law and venue to be confirmed by Jay.
